SAAOL Vision

About Saaol

SAAOL” is a Rajasthani word that means “The right and perfect way of doing something”. Science and Art of Living, or SAAOL is based on the core philosophy of established medical sciences while taking elements from ancient wisdom shared over generation with Indian culture.
Our medical foundations are based on allopathic modern treatment medicine, fact-based medical tests, healthy dietary advice, zero oil cooking and lifestyle management. To build on we derive our soul from the art of living through yoga (Asana, Pranayama, meditation and the yogic way living), art of cooking, stress management, mindfulness and physical exertion.
We do not advocate, or rather advise against surgical interventions to our human body as our approach is more effective and sustainable to lead a long, healthy life. By intensely following our treatment approach and educating oneself about human body, we can cure any lifestyle-oriented disease.
